Workshop Payment Terms

In-person Workshops

• Workshops are paid in full in advance.
• Payment is required 1(one) month before the date of the in-person workshop.
• If registering for a workshop within one month of the workshop date, payment is made on registration.

• No deposit is required.
• The following methods of payment are accepted:

 ​E-transfer (recommended)
 Cheque- e-mail request to [email protected]
credit card - On confirmation of registration a secure payment link will be sent to your email address provided.
​Credit card processing has a 3% administrative fee added to the posted workshop fee.
Online study programs

• Payment for online study programs are  by:

 E-transfer(Applicable to Canada)- payment sent to [email protected] 
Credit card by following the "pay by card" link on the registration page.
Credit card processing has a 3% administrative fee added to the posted workshop fee.
All workshops

• Once payment is processed, confirmation of registration and payment is sent to you via e-mail.
• A receipt is issued electronically.

Cancellation Policy for in-person workshops
Cancellations are made in writing. Cancellations received one month before the date of the workshop are eligible for a refund minus $10.
Within one month of the workshop, a cancellation receives a refund of the workshop fee minus $80 . 
There is NO refund for a cancellation made within 48hrs of a workshop or if a participant does not arrive for a workshop.

Cancellation/refund policy for online programs
There is no cancellation/refund for online programs where payment has been processed.
