Meet Lesley

Lesley is a Therapeutic Reflexology Practitioner in St Albert, Alberta.
She established the Therapeutic Reflexology Institute to share her knowledge and experience and inspire therapists to be excited about Reflexology. Lesley studied in South Africa, obtaining a BSc degree, a Certificate with the International Institute of Reflexology and a Diploma in Therapeutic Reflexology with the Complementary Health Center. Lesley is also an instructor for the International Metamorphosis Association. Lesley has a passion for teaching and is an engaging presenter. |

For this very reason I am committed to the Mission Statement. I enjoy every second of teaching; to spread my enthusiasm about Reflexology. I look forward to seeing you in one of my workshops. |

Monica is a skilled and passionate Reflexologist who has been in certified and practicing since 2003. She is a NHPC member and provides Neural Foot Reflexology, Thai Foot Reflexology, Metamorphosis and other Techniques as well as CranioSacral Therapy. At a young age Monica knew that following a career path that focuses on the Body’s self-healing process would be one that is ever challenging and ever rewarding. Monica takes special interest in Maternity Reflexology and has become increasingly experienced in the care of women through their journey of fertility, conception, all stages of pregnancy including labour & delivery, and postnatal care.

Kelley is a Certified Reflexologist, Practitioner of: Dien Chan (Multi Reflexology), Chan Beaute (Esthetic Face reflexology), Healing Touch, Reiki, Intuitive
As a wholistic practitioner, Kelley knows that given the right support and environment, we all have the innate ability to heal. Through compassionate and careful listening, she addresses her client’s health from all perspectives, physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically and spiritually. Using different types of reflexology, energy healing and her intuition, Kelley gently guides her clients into a state of peace for the potential of deep releasing and healing. Kelley practices at Healthy Solutions, in St Albert. |
