Workshop Reviews and Testimonials
Neural Reflexology-online program
I usually struggle with sitting at a computer and focusing. You have done a wonderful job of making the workshop interactive with the q-scans, videos, powerpoints. I was engaged through to the end.

I found the workshop to be very well put together. It flowed beautifully from one section to the next with the use of the manual. I enjoyed the mix of videos, powerpoint presentations, and Qrcodes, which provided a greater understanding of the material. I am also very grateful that I was allowed the 30 days to complete the workshop, especially with my busy schedule. It was plenty of time to complete the material and review the videos numerous times. At times I felt like I was actually in an one of your in-person workshops!! It was great. I have already incorporated the material into my client sessions with rave reviews. Thank you for making this online format available!
I think the most important aspect of this course was on the Vagus nerve protocol. Most people are experiencing such a large degree of stress these days. I use the Vagus nerve information you provided on everyone. So valuable and so beneficial to their health. I use it on myself every day too.

I greatly enjoyed how well it was integrated to include all aspects of healing, facilitating the physical, emotional, and mental. It was great, and thoroughly enjoyed learning of all of the new techniques. My favourite parts were learning about the hand and the self-care / metaphysical/ resonance. I absolutely love how well you integrate it! Thanks so much Lesley!

I appreciate the combination of written material as well as online, plus the references! Reviewing the Fundamental Spinal Reflex was very informative too. I have always preferred, or at least been more interested in neural reflexology, which means I can deliver more information and techniques to my clients. And having the option to watch and listen to all the videos over and over again is my way of learning!
Janis- Reflexologist
I enjoyed learning about the emotional and physical associations of the cranial nerves and all about the spinal reflexes...seeing the real foot did help me a lot! I graduated massage 10 years ago so i found this course a great refresher in anatomy! I can't wait to practise on my clients :)I enjoyed how the first workshop ties in with the advanced techniques, everything started to make more sense. The practicum videos were great as i am such a visual/feel learner and the activity at the end really spoke to me and will help me set the tone while practising on my clients.

Applied Reflexology for Massage Therapy
I found this course very informative.
Lesley has a lot of experience and was a wealth of information.
Parts were over my head but it made me want to learn more.
Lesley was very approachable and you never felt like you were asking a dumb question.
The cost of the course was very reasonable for the information you got.
Lesley also was very good about sending charts after the course. She also wanted us to stay connected with asking for business information. Was worth the money.
Marnie- RMT
I was fortunate to meet with Lesley and take her Applied Reflexology and Facial Diagnosis courses. Both courses were an abundance of such useful information that I continue to use in my daily practice as an RMT. The information of both courses was presented in such a balanced fashion - just the right amount of theory with the right amount of practical exercise. Lesley is an amazing instructor and I’m looking forward to learning more with her!
Suzy- RMT
It was an amazing session, even for someone that has no massage background.
It was easy to understand and practical. I would definitely recommend it to other people and consider future courses.

Very Knowledgeable! Designed very well for Massage Therapists. Can't wait to use it on my clients!

You have taught me so much in such a short amount of time. Your style in teaching is perfect, simple to understand and absorb and your personality/humour is lovely.
Nee-Ann, RMT
The information is very relevant to massage and how to incorporate it into our treatment.
Mackenzie, RMT
I loved how engaged Lesley kept the class and how fun she made it as long days can tend to be boring
Erica, RMT
What I most liked was that Lesley came around to check everyones routines. Most workshops you have to ask for one-on-one. This eliminates people having to ask questions randomly. Also liked how this course is tailored to massage therapy.
Aimee,RMT
I appreciated the tips on how to use it with my massage.

Ergonomics
Holy smokes! I REALLY got A LOT out of that webinar & took LOTS of notes!
I have been doing Reflexology for about 12 years and even so, CONTINUALLY forget the impact of ergonomics,
as well as its influence on a sustainable versus a non-sustainable practice. I have learned ergonomics with you before, but clearly need CONSTANT reminders and need to start being more vigilant.
From your last teaching on ergonomics, I purchased a clavicle brace & will start using it more. This issue is reaching a peak of manageability as I woke up last night with pain from my arm/hand/fingers having been numb in my sleep for a prolonged period. It will be hard to change what has quite obviously become habitual, but I'm renewing a commitment to my body's health - this helps a lot. Thank you so much Lesley! You're very knowledgeable about the impact of these Reflexologist "bad habits", what their impact is, and how to prevent and treat them. I really appreciate this.
Roberta, Reflexologist
You are very good at explaining the points to watch for. I think as you mentioned about looking down very important because of my neck injury my neck reminds me of this repeatedly. The bullets to remind us of check points very helpful keeping it simple. Look forward to the handouts. Covered a lot in this webinar the reviewing was great and awareness of which nerves are being affected and as well understanding our surroundings and how that can affect our work. Our own emotions are huge as well. Thank you.
June, Reflexologist
Thank you I enjoyed Webinar 1, Lesley. I have to say I loved the "between your boobs and belly button" comment. I will say it made me smile and I will never forget it. Sometimes I would wonder if I'm at the right height and now I will never wonder again, I wanted to mention the challenge of getting close enough to client without having to widen knees because of the table being in the way is a challenge. I'm wonderingly if a table extension would be a good option. Maybe you've mentioned that? I think I might look into that again.
