What is Spinal Reflexology About?
Reflexology strives to promote circulation, nerve impulses and restore inner balance and well-being. Spinal Reflexology achieves all these goals by offering a holistic therapy session by working reflexes associated with the spine and related nerves and plexuses. Working the spine reflex can be an invaluable form of therapy to address both physical and emotional imbalances.
This therapy can form an entire treatment or part of a treatment sequence.
This workshop offers valuable training for Natural Therapists in any modality that addresses nerve related imbalances for example Reflexology, Acupressure, Healing touch or a complementary therapy in a chiropractic clinic.
The Spinal Reflexology workshop is offered as a one or two day study.
Which one is right for you?
Read the descriptions below, and consider the following:
The one day workshop takes an in-depth look at nervous system reflexes covering aspects such as cranial nerves, spinal nerves and nerve plexuses on the foot. The workshop also covers therapy sequences and client application.
The workshop includes comprehensive instruction, a detailed manual and hands on practice to ensure the therapist is competent in locating and working spinal inervations.
Day Two - The Spinal Reflexology- Advanced techniques.
Pre-requisite: Day one or Spinal Reflexology workshop Alumni
Day two focuses on the nervous system reflexes for the hand including therapy sequences and client application. Also included are advanced techniques for the spinal reflex on the foot and lower leg. In Day one the focus is on working the nerve related reflexes to address physical and emotional imbalances. Day two goes deeper, addressing metaphysical and behavioural patterns.

"I absolutely loved Lesley's Spinal Reflexology class. As a practicing Reflexologist just refreshing my knowledge, I still learned a lot. She is an excellent presenter, the class material was informative and very well put together from the handouts to presentation. The venue was perfect. I would highly recommend her classes to anyone." Irma (Reflexologist)
The workshop was better than I had imagined. I am excited to go home and use it! I liked how Lesley applied the lessons to something in life, fantastic explanations. I look forward to more lessons in reflexology.
